School Education Department, Telangana does not automatically capture any specific personal information from user, (like name, phone number or e-mail address), that allows us to identify user individually when user visit the State Portal.

We do not sell or share any personally identifiable information volunteered on the School Education Department, Telangana to any third party (public/private). Any information provided to this website will be protected from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

We gather certain information about the User, such as Internet protocol (IP) addresses, domain name, browser type, operating system, the date and time of the visit and the pages visited. Refund Policy

All Donations made via this portal are final and there is no refund of any such donations under any circumstances.

Due to technical failure, if transaction remains incomplete and amount has been deducted from user account user can send us email with transaction details and a receipt will be generated. If charged twice for same transaction then she/he will get full refund of such duplicate/second transaction.

Final decision regarding any complaint about refund lies with School Education Department, Telangana
